Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of LHI wishes to announce that LHI and its subsidiaries (“LHI Group”) has entered into various RRPTs with the related parties for the period from 1 April 2019 to 30 June 2019. The Audit and Risk Committee has also reviewed the details of the estimated RRPTs entered/to be entered into by the LHI Group with its related parties from 1 July 2019 up to 30 June 2020 (being the tentative date of the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company). The RRPTs, details of which are set out in the attachment, have by way of aggregation exceeded 1% of the net assets of the LHI Group.
