Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 25 April 2019 issued by LHI (“Prospectus”).
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Listing Requirements, LHI wishes to announce that the Company has on 14 May 2019 offered a total of 36,414,000 ESOS Options to the eligible directors and employees of the LHI Group, further details of which are set out in Section 4.2.5 of the Prospectus.
