Following the completion of the bookbuilding process under the Institutional Offering on 3 May 2019, on behalf of the Company, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the Institutional Price and the Final Retail Price have been fixed, as set out below:

INSTITUTIONAL PRICE – RM1.10 PER IPO SHARE

FINAL RETAIL PRICE – RM1.10 PER IPO SHARE

The Retail Offering closed at 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 3 May 2019.
