Further to the Company’s announcements made on 5 August 2022, 9 August 2022, 5 September 2022, 14 October 2022, 19 December 2022, 31 January 2023, 22 December 2023, 9 January 2024, 6 December 2024, 20 December 2024, 6 January 2025, 8 April 2025 and 2 October 2025, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that on 11 February 2026, the Competition Appeal Tribunal (“Tribunal”) has unanimously dismissed the appeal by LFM with no order as to cost. In the oral grounds delivered by the Tribunal, the Tribunal stated that it affirmed the findings and decisions in the MyCC’s Decision (“CAT’s Decision”).

The Company and LFM strongly believe that there are grounds to challenge the CAT’s Decision and will seek consultation and advice from its external legal counsel on the necessary and appropriate actions to be taken to challenge the CAT’s Decision, including an application for a stay.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments.
