This announcement is dated 19 April 2024 ("Announcement").
On behalf of the Board of LHI ("Board"), AmInvestment Bank Berhad ("AmInvestment Bank") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the proposed establishment of an employees' share option scheme ("ESOS") of up to 5% of the total number of issued shares of LHI (excluding treasury shares, if any) at any point in time over the period of the Proposed ESOS as set out in the By-Laws ("ESOS Period") for eligible Executive Directors and employees of LHI and its subsidiaries ("LHI Group" or "Group") (excluding subsidiaries which are dormant) ("Eligible Persons") ("Proposed ESOS").
