The Board of Directors of LHI wishes to announce that the Board had on 28 November 2023 resolved to form a new Board Committee namely Sustainability Committee aims to fulfil its oversight responsibilities in relation to the Company's sustainability strategy and initiatives covering environmental, social, governance and economical aspect as well as embedding sustainability practices into the businesses.

The composition of the Sustainability Committee is as follows:-

1. Datuk Lau Joo Hong - Chairman (Non-Independent Executive Director & Group Chief Operating Officer)
2. Tan Sri Dato’ Lau Eng Guang - Member (Non-Independent Executive Director & Group Business Strategist)
3. Tay Tong Poh - Member (Independent Non-Executive Director)
